At ST Booking, we are committed to delivering quality products and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for the following products:

  • Dry Herbs

  • Artificial Jewellery

All purchases are considered final once the order has been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear photos of the product received

  • Photos of the outer packaging (if damaged)

After verifying the issue, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following situations:

  • Your order is cancelled by ST Booking.

  • The ordered product is unavailable after payment.

  • A duplicate payment has been successfully received.

  • A replacement cannot be provided for a verified damaged or incorrect product.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Products

The following products are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable:

  • Dry Herbs

  • Artificial Jewellery

These products cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, and product care considerations.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation only before the order has been packed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

ST Booking reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Payment verification issues

  • Pricing errors

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Any other valid business reason

If an order is cancelled by ST Booking after payment, the full amount paid will be refunded.

Refund Processing Time

After approval, refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days. The actual credit may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment gateway.
